   I wish to congratulate Ward 70. Yesterday I had a leaking nephrostomy problem. I phoney Ward directly and although should have a referral, I was immediately advised just to come up by as emrrgency by Karen. I needed to see a doctor but only doctor on call in Glasgow ( 24/7) was Dr. Your. Although in Queen Elizabeth Hospital. GOVAN. she acted as soon as available Dr. NOUR made long journey late at nightShe calmed me. Investigated leak replaced new tube waited ) still on call anywhere in Glasgow) until time enough passed with no leak Wonderful caring professional service for N.HS From my welcome nurse Aimie settled me organised necessary telephone call When Dr Nour satisfied, nurse Karolina helped me put clothes and shoes on wheeled me in chair down 5 floors to exit where taxi would come She waited helped me into taxi to make sure I was safe. Despite other commitments my treatment over 5 hours was absolutely professionally and sensitively a credit to hight quality care of urology department and Ward 70. Mr Stephen Joyce ( senior citizen) p.s..why does Dr Nour or any similar Doctor have to rush to cover these different hospitals. Miles apart?
