   Thanks for your response but you tried lot to mislead people but forgot to provide evidence regarding emails which you were claiming over the phone. I don't think I ever want to join your rude and "professional" staff. your reply itself shows what kind of people you are. So good luck . As I said to you guys that you can keep the money for yourself.

   We have been with this school for more than 12 years now, both for my son and my daughter. The school has always been very helpful and proactive in dealing with changes and issues . Natalia, my daughter 's piano teacher is the most talented, amazing, kind and patient tutor. Daniel teaches guitar, and my son thoroughly enjoys every session with him. He is talented, kind and very accommodative. I would recommend them strongly. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that sometimes I wish they pushed my children a bit more, especially when they go into that coasting mode. But then , I do also understand that life is not about exams and learning music certainly can not be about exams. Probably, my children continue with music till date because as a school A to G value that balance of academics and extracurricular in life.

   I have studied violin here for 9 years so far and it has been an enjoyable experience. My current teacher is Kevin who is great. He knows how to push you to go further than you think you can, while still feeling confident, he goes into detail of what need working on so you don’t feel that any lesson is a waste and gives excellent recommendations of equipment you may need. My brother is also taught by him for piano and is comfortable with his teaching style. I couldn’t recommend him any more.

   Daniel Sargesson is the resident expert for all things guitar at A to G; very open minded and takes the candidates choices into account when coming up with a plan for learning guitar; focuses on the core concepts and techniques in guitar also on how to broaden your perspective on music in general. Very approachable and open to offering tips on all things musical. Highly recommended; wish I had approached him earlier!

   I'm so grateful to have such a good local music school. They have handled the pandemic really well, too. After just eight weeks in the school as an adult piano beginner, all lessons with my tutor were moved online - and she taught me online to a level where I passed my piano Grade 1 with distinction! All the school tutors are great, and have good bios on the site so you can find one which is perfect for you. My lessons are full of laughter and creativity and patience from the tutor, it's something I look forward to every week whether it's virtual or in the school.

   Both of my children have lessons here with different teachers and different instruments (violin and guitar). The quality of the lessons is excellent, and the progress my children have made is well beyond how fast they were progressing with previous teachers elsewhere. The cost is less than what I paid for in-school lessons, and the teachers are both knowledgeable and reliable. As a veteran teacher of more than two decades myself, I can spot quality instruction. The administration staff have always been polite and professional. I would encourage any parent or adult learner seeking quality music lessons to use A to G.
