   Nursing staff completely different from a normal nursing setting in the nhs. Truly exceptional people who are genuinely care for patients. Staff are different too from bog standard consultants they are interested in us patients as people and not as another number on a conveyor belt. Importantly they LISTEN and yeah come across as caring human beings. So refreshing to have appointments like these here definitely as you won’t find this level of care in a normal hospital. Long live this important dental hospital!!! Why is this hospital completely different from the nhs hospitals we have to attend daily.

   I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your clinic. After an initial four-month wait for my first appointment, it was subsequently rescheduled for another four months later. Having already invested a considerable amount of time, I took a day off work to attend the rescheduled appointment. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen car accident that occurred directly in front of me this morning, I arrived 17 minutes late. Consequently, my appointment was canceled, and I was offered a new one 67 days from now. This situation is particularly distressing given that I am experiencing severe pain from a wisdom tooth requiring urgent removal. The handling of my case reflects a concerning lack of organizational efficiency and a disregard for patient time and discomfort. I will not be recommending this clinic to others.

   Professional and wonderful service. Martin (over the phone consult) is amazing and thorough. Received an appointment for an issue with a filling (not my own, thankfully) same day after calling in the morning, and Rebecca, a pediatric dentist, provided amazing care and explained thoroughly the steps she was taking to resolve the issue. Took x-rays and also sent them home. Could not be more impressed and glad that this service exists.

   Referred here by FVRI due to them not having CT equipment. Arrived early for appointment and taken right away. Special thanks to Diane who made our visit relaxed and carried out scan etc without any fuss. All other staff we had contact with were friendly and polite.
