   Our daughter attended this nursery from the age of 1 until around 2yrs and 4 months. Unfortunately we moved away and had to take her out. However, she really really enjoyed it and loved every single teacher and kid. She developed a lot - vocabulary, singing songs, social abilities and in general, we have a lot to thank the staff for. It's been 4 months since we moved and she still keeps mentioning her old teachers and friends from there. Yes, this nursery has bad reviews, however, we cannot fault it at all. She grew up with quite a few other kids who she still calls best friends. We wish we didnt need to move and stayed here. Thank you Rose, Rani, Dana, Aga, Leone, Becky, Rochelle and everyone else! NMK

   This is the first nursery my little girl has been too. She struggled at first to leave me but the team worked with me to settle her and now my girl comes out smiling and happy. Always says she’s had a good day. I like the fact you can read what they’ve eaten throughout the day and what they’ve done for the day on the FAMLY APP. Soft play is a bonus my daughter enjoys too. Managers and team do an amazing job.

   Sutton Day Nursery was the first kindergarten for our 2.5 year old baby daughter. Although, she doesn’t yet speak much English, the team led by Becky is extremely professional and very supportive. We saw that our daughter was eager to wake up every morning and get to the nursery quickly. She also didn’t want to leave when we came to pick her up. The magnitude of events organised such as Christmas, Easter, Mothers day and many others truly helped our daughter to integrate better. The whole team and Becky are amazing and super easy to speak with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery to our friends!

   My son has been going to this nursery for over 2 years. We are really happy with the level of care he receives - they are a very friendly team and the staff in every room he’s been in have been fab and nurturing. Katherine and Becky (manager and assistant manager) also lovely.

   I took my son out of this nursery and went to Jancett instead. Sadly we never recieved any of our sons art work or photos from the sports day we weren't allowed to watch outside or any memorabilia. I am only sad about it because I was told I would get get see these things. The teachers are wonderful but admin team aren't the best as had issues with funded childcare.

   Every week without fail children will be crying calling for mummy. Breaks my heart. I don't think this nursery is a good nursery at all. staff lack training!

   This nursery is the worst I have ever come across. They are money mongers, they don’t pick the phone up and don’t care about child wellbeing. I phoned the nursery if they have any spaces available for a three year old with funded hours and they said yes but the whole week before breaking off for Christmas there was no viewings available but they promised to send me application form by email. The chat was very unwelcoming and rushed they just wanted me to hang up. I never got the email and I was concerned about losing the space so I went there to collect the form. After Christmas I phoned to let them know I’m dropping off the form but I was told to come the following week on Monday when the manager named Rosie is in. So much time was wasted in getting the application and now more time is wasted in giving the application. I arranged childcare because I thought i had a meeting with the manager. In the meeting I asked the manager Rosie if the space was still available and she confirmed it was. I explained to her the hours I want and she said it was fine but it will be another 4 weeks before everything is on the computer. Now I don’t have a degree in IT but that sounds strange. She didn’t ask me for an ID or birth certificate for my child or even check the application form. She said the printer is not working so she will email a funding form but I was sceptical of her tone so I showed her my email address on the form and spelled it out to her. The whole meeting lasted less than 5 minutes and I wasn’t even asked to take a seat. The manager was very abrupt hardly made any eye contact, asked no questions about my child and rushed me out. I felt completely discriminated because I needed funded hours only and didn’t want full time . From the first telephone conversation to the meeting I knew they are just after money and will trash my application. I was right because on both occasion they failed to contact me. We are in the final days of January and I have still not received the email. Absolutely disgusting service.
