The most wonderful nursery, my daughter adores it here. All the staff are so kind and caring and they are genuinely invested in the children's development and helping them grow in all areas. Cannot recommend enough.

They settled our child so well and really dampened any concerns we had about sending them to nursery. My son started Abbey Wood Grange Day Nursery at 8 months old, i was so nervous when I first started looking for nursery’s, so I could plan to return back to work. I viewed so many nursery’s in the area, Abbey Wood Grange day nursery had something over them all, for me it was the attention to detail & care from staff. On my viewing with Lisa she was so welcoming, enthusiastic and had a real sense of care. lisa knew all the children’s names when we entered the rooms. Staff was all friendly an engaged with all the children. Staff are all so friendly & welcoming, my son settled in really quickly and formed great bonds. He really loves being at nursery and gets all excited when we arrive. I get regular updates daily in his book from the day & updates on the tapestry app showing observations & his development. I honestly couldn't be more happier with the level of service from the nursery & staff at abbey wood. I know his well looked after, It really is a lovely nursery. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to put their baby or child into a nursery.
We’ve had a great experience at this nursery so far. Wendy, the pink room manager, has been wonderful and caring with our daughter - we’re sad she’ll no longer be looking after her as she moves into the toddler room.
My daughter started at abbeywood at 6 months old and in the middle of a pandemic. She has received superb care during her time at the nursery and absolutely loves coming here. She is my third child and this is the third local nursery I have tried across my children. We are extremely happy with the care received and the feedback we get each day despite things being difficult during covid times. I am a primary teacher and early years specialist myself so I did a lot of research before choosing a nursery and gained lots of positive parent reviews. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abbeywood Grange.
Both of my children have attended this nursery. Staff are kind, attentive and professional. My children have always come home happy and content from being there. They have been superb during the pandemic. They are flexible to our needs when possible and really go the extra mile to do things for the kids. Highly recommend.
This nursery's attitude towards managing my son's allergies was appalling and, for that matter, dangerous. Despite being aware of his dairy and soy allergies he was consistently fed these allergens. It was only when the possibility of this was raised by us numerous times that the nursery finally took the effort to check what they were feeding him. For six months he had been medicated with antihistamine and omeprazole to manage his reactions. Within a month of pulling him out of this nursery he no longer required this medicine. Quite frankly, if a child's allergies were more severe than my son's the nursery's flagrant disregard could lead to dire consequences. There are simply too many children here for the care provided to be adequate. The management are too arrogant to admit when they are in the wrong - just read their response to the recent Ofsted inspection which highlighted room for improvement. It is not a safe environment for children.
