Not very good you phone at 8 30 and the phones are constantly engaged till 9 o'clock sometimes you get through and you can't get a appointment I would not like to be looking for a emergency appointment
Reception staff hace no personal skills when dealing with invisible disability , gruff manners , and when manager came to explain they didn't really care if I was epileptic waiting on my physio app but wait outside as I was 18 mins early ,the 2 in background were so loud and laughing she had to tell them to be quiet , extremely uncaring and unprofessional

I was in extreme pain and after being referred to here by my own dentist due to covid situation as it was an emergency treatment was looked after by a dentist called Claire who I would say is very professional and caring in her job and due to the lack of equipment she could use did a great job thanks
