   I was offered this service through my employer which I accepted. I have osteoathritis of spine and both hips. I was triaged beforehand by an external company and offered 5 30min sessions, great I thought. Arrives at Ace and then asked to lie on bed and a TENS machine was out on my back for 15mins. I was sent an online exercise plan despite not assessing what I could or could not do physically. Okay I thought I'll try again the following week but was put back on TENS again for 15mins. I cancelled the rest of the appts. Didn't receive 30 mins of physio as promised. I will be raising a formal complaint.

   I had a neck, shoulder and back massage from Jack, he was very professional. A few tight knots on my neck/ shoulder which got sorted out and also payed attention to lower back also. I felt very relaxed after. I would definitely recommend.

   I visited ace physiotherapy in Motherwell for my first time yesterday for a foot injury. I seen the physiotherapist david who listened to what i was going through with the injury for which he gave me treatment on. He also gave me a lot of good advice for my way forward and by the time i got home he'd already emailed me the exercises he advised me to do. Honestly this service is fantastic, very reasonably priced and david is fantastic. Highly recommended.

   I have been seeing David for many years for multiple ailments; he is my go to physio. His knowledge and skills are second to none. Treatments have included manipulation, stretching, massage and acupuncture. He always provides me with material to work on at home to improve my injury and works me hard during treatment. Fantastic service and value for money.

   Local friendly physiotherapist. Was sent as a recommendation by my company. Can’t say enough. Knew exactly what my needs were took time to understand issues. Also made recommendations what exercises I should do to help with the issues and also made recommendations to what equipment I should be using. Caring company and have time for clients.

   My links with Ace Physio started with twice weekly Pilates classes with Ailsa Nugent, an experienced APPI instructor. These were excellent for improving posture, core strength and flexibilty and were also very enjoyable and great fun. Although run as group sessions, Ailsa was always ready to provide one to one support and instruction when that was needed. Classes continue to run in lockdown via Zoom which has been excellent. I also received very targeted and effective physiotherapy from David for a serious knee injury. This included acupuncture which most definitely helped speed the process of rehabilitation. Appointments with David were easy to set up and the response always very prompt. My husband has also had physiotherapy sessions with David for an elbow problem. Once again this has helped enormously. We highly recommend Ace Phsiotherapy and Sports Clinic.
