Over the last 3/4 weeks my 2 year old son has been having some issues and everytime I have phoned the girl on the front desk couldn't be any more helpful and have phoned me back numerous times to look into things out with their remit to get answers for my son. I couldn't be any more grateful they have helped to push things for referrals making sure they are all done and came back to me on everything even when some of the stuff should be the hospital getting back to me. They have went above and beyond to help me out as a concerned parent so totally deserve their 5 star + review.

Fantastic practice. I’m not really that regular as a patient (thankfully), I maybe call once or twice every few years, but recently I was in a bad motorcycle accident and I’ve had to contact a good few times this year , I’ve always been dealt with promptly and always been given a phone consultation that’s led to a face to face for tests or examinations. The surgery has been first class for me . Reception staff ladies are efficient, professional and discreet, nothing is too much trouble for them. We have a young male there too now, who too has all of these attributes and more and a pleasure to deal with. The Nurse as a first point of call is really reassuring when we need to wait to see doctor. Of course we get waiting times but it never delays care the nurse makes sure you’re seen in urgent matters. Dr Khan raises the bar in NHS care at GP level. He has clear understanding and knowledge of everything I need to make my journey easier. I’m coming back to review my doctors surgery again in December 2024 . Once more I have to say the surgery is excellent and continue my 5*****rating. Today I called to the surgery at the wrong time of 11:30 for an 18:30 appointment . The receptionist did not even mention that to me instead quietly arranged for the nurse practitioner to see me. The NP took me in to her office and quickly arranged a full set of bloods with the phlebotomist then the receptionist arranged a second appointment for the next Friday. Although I messed up on my appointment time the staff quietly fixed it for me. Thank You so much everyone .. when a patient puts staff under pressure it’s seldom heard about. I appreciate your professionalism .

Absolutely terrible!
Impossible to get through to anyone for an appointment and if you do your lucky if you see an actual doctor! Have heard staff at the office talk about other patients, moaning about people on the phones. Have phone over 300 times this morning from my phone and 200 times on my partners to try and get through just to be told no appointments left. Nurses have prescribed something that could have killed my partner if it wasn't for the pharmacist who done her job and checked things over to see if he could take the drug.

Having taken my elderly mother for the 2nd time in the last few months to this practice were you can’t see a doctor only nurses regarding chronic back pain and loss of hearing arrived to discover appointment was only for her ears came away with prescription for ear drops and a card for a 87 year old lady to self refer to physiotherapy having done so she doesn’t have the correct symptoms to complete the on line form this surgery needs a good shake up absolutely disgraceful

Having had to deal directly with the surgery on behalf of a family member the last few months i can honestly say the staff have been amazing going above and beyond to help with changes to medication and arranging for medication to be delivered by an appropriate chemist along with other issues . Although i have not had any personall dealings with the gps in the practice the staff at reception have been brilliant. Well done ladies.

Wait a week for appointment and when you turn up for treatment told "sorry we have no stock, Try again next week". Some people have to work during the hrs you are open and make special arrangements for these appointments. This would never have happened under old management.
