Paid for a block of treatment for both myself and my daughter only had a few sessions and now no answer on the phone and it looks like the shop has been shut up!
The second time I’ve appeared for an appointment that I’ve had a reminder for via text the previous day and they haven’t bothered to show up or communicate that they weren’t opening their shop. Terrible service - never answer phone or respond to emails but are happy to take your money for a block booking. AVOID
I got my botox done here a while ago and I could instantly see results. The service was terrific, and the staff were lovely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning on getting botox done.
Bought my partner a Wowcher for a massage and over the course of a month he called over 10 times to book in but the phone was never answered. Voucher ended up running out as he couldn't book. Have lodged a complaint with Wowcher regarding it, £30 down the drain.
went for masages today it was done by tailor it was Amazon was very nice in there am booked back in for other one and it's good to see the shop open again well worth a visit staff very pleasant
