Was registered here for 15 years... Called for an appointment to be told I have been taken off the register because I changed my doctors... didn't happen! Woman on phone was not helpful at all, and told I need to re-register in person between the hours of 11-1. I work full-time. How am I meant to do that? Take time off to register? They've probably done me a favor as I'll be registering elsewhere.

I’ve booked myself an appointment this morning because I was referred to the doctors with infections in my arms turned up early waited for half an hour for my name to be called so then go to reception and say because I didn’t check in. I’ve lost my appointment. I’ve been to that doctors six or seven times previous and never had to check in once even when there’s been someone sitting on the desk which they normally isn’t. I’ve always had the doctor just call my name out. Even had people standing next to me that didn’t check in either and they were getting their names called out. What an absolute waste of time I would actually class it is neglect. The woman was sitting there staring at me why didn’t she ask me what I was? Therefore why is the doctor sitting there and not coming to see if he’s patient is waiting. No wonder it has such terrible reviews. This doctors absolutely awful actually gonna find another doctors now. How incompetent can people be when they have a responsibility of care? Absolute disgrace

I am currently at home recovering from Vascular Surgery on my leg and I am on controlled medication which is normally arranged over the phone!! Previously when I have called the appointments line I explain to the receptionist about the controlled drug I am on and she arranged for doctor to call me back and we discuss the medication needed and there is a prescription made up for a family member to pick up for me. This morning I was rudely told by a receptionist that I MUST come to the centre and make this request myself!! She then practically accused me of being a liar by saying they never do this! Such is the nature of my pain I’ve been advised by Suregeon not to leave the house! I also asked ok then can I have a call back from doctor she again refused!!

Worst practice ever can never get an appointment you call at 8:30 like they tell u and as soon u get through there’s 10 people on the line and then no appointments available and all they do is diagnosis you over the phone pure joke

I am not sure why this practice has such a low score, I've never had any problem, Dr Brown and Dr Shand are the most amazing doctors I've met! So passionate about helping people. Only had one problem with other doctor who didn't want to send me for mri after quite an accident, due to high BMI (which has nothing to do with my leg, and the mri report shows big issues) but thanks to my lovely physiotherapist I've got it done in no time. But this situation doesn't change my mind about my care I am receiving from others. And my loviest nurse Lee-Ann is best ❤️

By reading the opinions was dreading to get the appoitment, however yes i had to spent few hours on the phone to get through. Huge Thank You to the lady T at the reception for the patience as my cough and loss of hearing made conversation more difficult for me. Dr. Kerr phoned me later that day made assessment and prescribed what was needed. I am on my way to recovery, fingers cross. So yes it was positive experience.

In my experience the Doctor's are actually nice and helpful. Seeing one is near impossible, because you need to call before a certain time in the morning and usually the automation hangs up on you because they're too busy. If you try to make an appointment in person they insist you do it over the phone. "I just want a see a doctor at some point after talking to you, but before the Sun eats the Earth. Any week day in the afternoon will be fine, I'm sure you can pencil me in now." "No, it has to be over the phone."

This is the worst clinic in Scotland. I called earlier to make an appointment with the doctor, I called for more than a week and didn't get through, now I'm sick and I've been calling for a week and it's the same I'm forced to take a vacation because I'm unable to go to work. What are paid for these doctors and employees in this clinic, or maybe they only treat foreigners this way, but it follows from the opinion that they are not. Not even a single star can be awarded, but you need to submit a review and I do not recommend this clinic to even my worst enemy

Worst doctors I’ve ever been to. No empathy or understanding from reception. Can’t get an appointment without turning up and causing a scene. Spent hours of my life calling to get no one. Everyone tarred with same brush
