    Saturday was my second visit to the clinic and yet again I really enjoyed the KCR treatment. I don’t have pain but I wanted to try it out for the relaxation benefits.  On this visit I also tried out the connective tissue release and at first I was nervous.  Mike took the time to explain what my session would entail and he gave me comfort throughout explaining the positioning. The treatment was very enriching for my body and I felt somewhat liberated and energised afterwards plus I slept exceptionally well that evening.  I told Mike that I'm an Empath by nature and he took the time to teach me "protection” techniques from his recent learnings with the Kahunas in Hawaii.  It was really valuable and something I will use in my daily life. Mike is very engaging and is clearly passionate about KCR. I look forward to returning to The Reform Clinic  in the near future.

    Upon arriving at The Reform Clinic, I was struck by the quaint entrance (just off of Argyle St) leading into its charming interior. I was eased into the experience by the aura of the space, it radiates tranquility through spiritual decor and subtle scented candles. After a short but informative introduction to the practise, Mike began with the KCR therapy. Throughout the treatment, Mike was very clear and always reassuring about exactly what he was doing, and what effects each stretch would have. There is no problem here with immediate results: I had a 2cm difference between the lengths of my legs balanced in less than 10 minutes! Because of the success of the first procedure, I returned to the clinic for the CTR they offer. I’m blown away by how powerful this treatment can be! Pains I’ve had for years - some that I couldn’t even precisely locate - felt alleviated and the catharsis immediately following the therapy was unique. A huge thanks to Mike for all of his help, and I’ll see you soon for my next appointment!
