Amazing experience. Had my first treatment today. Colin is friendly and professional, put me at ease straight away and explained what he was doing and why at every stage. Came away feeling looser and in less pain and with some clear follow up actions. Can't fault the experience in any way.
As a Bowen therapist myself, I know the importance and value of maintaining balance which is why I make sure that I book in for a regular Bowen treatment. With recent increase in physical activity, my knees and lower back have been feeling the strain but are feeling so much better post treatment, thanks for helping me to keep active Colin!
Colin is lovely and did a brilliant job of releasing my back. Everyone should get Bowen Therapy it's so gentle and subtle but so very effective, it might take 3 or 4 sessions it might work immediately but all that matters is that it works mcI've been getting it for years and can't recommend it enough

Colin is a true ambassador for Bowen therapy and a really decent and kind human being too. My daughter often struggles with back pain and has had issues with feet and ankle pain. Colin listens carefully to identify the source of the pain and uses his expertise to eradicate the pain in a gentle and non evasive manner. I have had back pain for many years due to hours of instrumental playing and sports and have tried everything from over the counter medication to physios. Nothing ever helped until Colin and he has made a massive difference. After each visit I am practically pain free and Colin is so friendly too. An excellent place.
Great find. Colin is so professional and committed and each time I go I feel so much better. He is so gentle that you hardly feel anything but the difference is amazing. Would highly recommend for anyone with back or neck problems.
I have had an issue with an old shoulder injury from a car crash about 18 years ago. I had been told that surgery was the only option to repair it and that there was only a 50% chance of success. The shoulder does not give me too much problems but recently I could hardly move it without extreme pain. I approached Colin who assessed me and carried out 2 treatments. The shoulder is now back to what it was before and I can not thank Colin enough. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend Colin to everyone and he will be my first choice when I am needing any treatment in the future.
Had a ongoing shoulder/upper arm issue for 6 months, that my doctor, 2 physios, and a sports therapist that could not agree on what the issue was or how to fix it. Went to see Colin for a consultation and 2 treatments after that and I am virtually pain free with full range of movement again. Pleasant and professional, I took confidence that the knowledge, logic and consideration Colin displayed to all of the tissues, muscles, nerves, ligaments, etc in the area and even other areas that could of being affecting my shoulder would result in finally identifying what this issue was and hopefully fixing it. No sticking plasters over it or doing stretches, real analysis of the problem and understanding of the entire body and 6 months of problems resolved in 3 sessions with Colin - can't say anymore than that. Would highly recommend!!
