   This nursery came highly recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. Lovely calm atmosphere with small rooms that don't feel loud and chaotic. Staff are a great, really nice and helpful.

   Huge hygiene issues at this nursery, our son was having issues with his nappy not being changed leaving him with very severe nappy rash and in a lot of pain. Only had nappy rash the days he was at nursery. We took him out of nursery for this reason. Was reported to them but nothing changed. We know other families having the same issues with this nursery. This was in the ladybird room (age 2-3). No issues with the caterpillar room (6months -2). This nursery also failed their last health and safety inspection which isn't very reassuring either.

   Our child was here. Everyday they would have severe nappy rash and at times would cry when it was touch. Come Home with poo in their nappy or smelling of poo. We reported it and while in the short term things improved - not perfect - they quickly slipped back to their low standards.
