Called to find out about my physio appointment being moved to here without my knowledge after already having wasted an hour trying to call and got unhelpful and rude answers on the phone, not my fault the NHS are incompetent.
Managed to get a pre booked appt with a GP for a non urgent issue. The GP was very friendly and polite, and sorted a secondary care referral for me. The new building is much nicer for patients too, feels a lot more welcoming and the waiting area is much better.
Only been with this surgery for 3 weeks & they are amazing. The reception staff are polite and kind and genuinely care for the patients as the doctors , best doctors.
Edit review - last appointment I had with the GP not naming names but i thought she was a bit rude and told me there nothing else they can do with my pain so just go to hospital. but i have anxiety about hospitals and they know that that's why i down graded to 3 stars all other staff in practice is great ______________________________________ I would like to share my experience at Forge Medical Practice. Overall, I find it to be an average GP practice. However, I want to highlight the outstanding care I’ve received from Susan regarding my asthma since rejoining the practice.
No response to the calls. Everytime I call for the appointment, they say call at 8;30 in the morning. When I call at 8:30, nobody picks up the call. This place Is a joke. Do not even deserve one star.
I have depresion and i want kill myself. I ask about help 3 times i call every day but all time the same.. this place dont care about people.
This place its a one big joke. instead of a normal visit, I was offered a teleconsultation, for which I waited two days. When didn't pick up the phone because I was working I called the GP to call again. I was informed that my teleconsulration has already been canceled and I have to make an appointment again. paying such high taxes, and after the end of the pandemic, I expected a different approach to the patient. God save us all because the NHS is unreliable
Shocking, especially the receptionist who answers the phone calls.
I wanted to write a few words about this hospital. I haven't been able to make an appointment with my GP for more than a month, every time I call and hear the same thing, sometimes they don't have free doctors, sometimes they don't have translators, sometimes they just ignore me.
