I woke up this morning with terrible pain, the wisdom tooth starting to grow wrong direction! I quickly call to the NHS and was referred to this clinic in a couple of hours. When I went there, reading the reviews here, I felt a lot of fear! But I got quality service and care from the doctor today! The doctor removed my wisdom tooth in about 10 minutes, which was growing in the wrong direction. I didn't even feel it! The doctor was very careful towards me. I'm very grateful. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

From 8:30 in the morning I called urgently, but they kept cutting the call. After calling repeatedly they would finally pick up and, annoyed, ask “What do you want?” If I said I needed an appointment they’d say, “Sorry, the GP is busy — we can’t give an appointment today, call tomorrow.” Even when I called the next day I was told the same; every day they say the GP is busy. When I told the health visitor about this, she rang and arranged an appointment for me on the same day within a few hours. I am very unhappy with Dr Connaughton. He speaks as if he is irritated and has no time. When I began explaining my problems he didn’t listen fully and, in a rude, annoyed tone, asked, “So what am I supposed to do now?” I was shocked — he should know what to do after hearing my issue. I told him I needed my medication, but he didn’t look at me or listen attentively; he silently wrote a prescription and told me to go. I felt very hurt by his behaviour.

The receptionist are awful, never answer the phone and when I ask why I’ve not been put into a hold queue they just ignore you. The worst is dr Connaughton he won’t look women in the eye, blatantly ignores your ailments and have the over all bed side manner of a bit of cheese. Awful practice would avoid at all costs!!

I was referred to this health center today after calling the hotline to receive urgent dental care. The pain and swelling had been keeping me from sleeping and eating. And this visit was wonderful. Everyone – from the lady at the reception to the team in the dental surgery room – was incredibly kind, attentive, and ready to solve the problem right away. I felt so comfortable, as if we had known each other for a long time. Everything went painlessly, quickly, and calmly. Many thanks to the dental department, the lady at the reception, and the two doctors from operating room number 1. I’m sorry, I have a poor memory for names, but you were amazing.

Dr Ali denies treatment and requests an expensive private diagnosis as precondition for NHS treatment (insomnia). This is not only unethical, but also illegal. During the whole visit he had a quite downlooking tone. Don't register with this so called doctor if you have a choice.

We had only vaccinations there for our baby and that went well. Seems clean and the staff was ok. Although the trainees are in need of more training for sure.

Terrible place! What business is it for a receptionist to ask what the problem is? I will tell that to the doctor! Still using covid as an excuse for no face to face appointments and it's been 3yr since covid. Doctors I've seen are hopeless, with no compassion. I have arthritis and about 3 times a week my toes lock up causing pretty bad pain, doctor never even examined it to confirm if its from my arthritis or not. This place is not about taking care of you,,,its about money, lazy doctors getting easy nhs wage.

Useless. Extremely difficult to get an appointment. Simply they're not answering the phone. When you walk to the place, they'll say you have to make an appointment over the phone to see the the doctor. I don't know how it is possible. Really disappointing with the services especially when your having kids.

This clinic it’s absolutely joke! No one answer the phone , its took me during a week (Monday to Friday) around 70 attempts for someone to answer the phone . I have spoke to many of my friends who's also member of the clinic and they are having the same issues. I have been trying to see my go regarding to develop really strong side effects after recently prescribed medication and Ive been offered appointment in almost 3 weeks time and its only phone call interview with gp not even appointment. The waiting area it’s dirty, reception on the top floor it’s absolutely a joke! Today 2 people behind the desk - phone rings but there where to buys chatting and eating there food I will be rapport the clinic to investigate they work - work which they get payed for and they are not providing the service Absolutely shocking!!!!!

Really sorry to hear that Dr McPherson is retiring. After 21+ years of excellent support to my family he will be greatly missed. A GP of the finest kind
