I have only had efficient and empathic support from this practice and my mother was totally supported too. Admin, nurses and doctors have all been amazing during the 12 years that I have been their patient.
Been a member of the this practice for over 16 years. Usually I have had a positive experience with staff Today 19th March Was hurtful and annoying dealing with a secretary. Iam on holiday in Malta until the 20 th March .I have been ill and wanted an appointment on Friday .The lady was unhelpful and merged upon being rude .Even although I am home the next day an appointment was refused .I was told in no uncertain terms that I could try when back . I was cut of as I was trying to explain my situation .Is there a written rule that you can not book an appointment from abroad? If there is I can accept that but not being treated in a off hand manner .I was worried about my health .
I've been at this practice for three years since moving to the area. My experience is not positive. The doctors are hostile, condescending and not at all compassionate. Both of my children have health conditions, so contact from time to time is unavoidable. The final straw for me was being told off by a doctor for not cancelling an appointment by phoning reception. I had cancelled it online. Even though the phone line is having problems, something in which they have stated on their website. The doctors seem very unhappy and unfortunately they are taking it out on their patients.
Routinely have been brushed off and ignored when discussing mental health issues. Would rather just throw anti-depressants at you and tell you to leave than have to listen to you for 5 minutes.
The address shown and the location are both incorrect. The correct address is 2 Carolside Gardens, which is on Busby Road. I have notified Google about this several months ago, but nothing has happened. By September 2016, the error has been corrected.
As far as I am concerned it is the perfect surgery,all the staff and Doctors are exceptional,nothing is a problem for them.Best move I have made since moving to Netherlee.
