The course was set out in an inclusive and informative way with a great balance between practical and theory, keeping the classroom to a minimum. The setting itself is also exceptional and I enjoyed exploring the wharf during our breaks. Best intro to Latitude and Longitude!! I would highly recommend.

I have just completed the Level 2 Powerboat Handling course at London Powerboat School. It was an incredible experience - Bill is a brilliant teacher, who brought a sense of fun and good humour to proceedings while ensuring students had a firm grasp of the subject matter. The small group size format is ideal for learning in a way which ensures appropriate levels of experience without taking too long and becoming dull, and there is an excellent mix of practical and theoretical learning - with emphasis on the former making the classes as helpful and memorable as possible. Bill is also extremely knowledgable about his craft (both modern practical and historical nautical elements) and the local area, which really adds to the experience. The equipment is also in great shape - it is a lovely RIB! Thanks very much Bill for an excellent couple of days.
Excellent Experience at London Powerboat School - Highly Recommend! I recently completed my Powerboat Level Two license at London Powerboat School, and I can't recommend them highly enough! My instructor, Bill, was absolutely brilliant. His experience really shone through, especially with the practical training manoeuvres. He made everything incredibly clear and easy to understand giving you confidence to handle the boat at high and low speeds. Beyond the hands-on training, Bill's theoretical explanations of boat mechanics, safety protocols, and navigation were clear and comprehensive. He managed to make what could be dry subjects genuinely engaging and easy to grasp. On top of all that, he made the whole experience a lot of fun! Professional, relaxed, fun learning environment, with the perfect balance of theory and practice ( 2 day level 2 course). Bill is the perfect instructor, patient, highly knowledgeable and generous with his time. Great amenities on location (nearby café, diner and superb views). Highly recommended.
