This is a travel clinic and an infectious diseases clinic and also a sexual health clinic. You can access the main hotspot via this entrance, staff are very friendly.
The Brownlee Centre Glasgow ‘s ratings are actually 0,after consultation the nurses begin to mock me as if I’m a dog ,to be honest my relationship with them has deteriorated,the female receptionist threatened me ,I laid a complaint on the spot to a consultant ,no action was taken ,the senior specialist nurse is a big bully, an appointment to see my consultant was tendered ,I attended ,the consultant began to lay false accusations that I was the one who threatened staff and imposed a warning for aggressive behaviour,after this there was a nurse in the room who took blood samples only ,my blood pressure,pulse ,weight wasn’t conducted ,after this I began to hear stupid stories from them that I had kidney issues from the result of the blood test and I should commence care ,i left Glasgow to investigate,the results I was in receipt of were negative ,I’ve informed the Brownlee Centre staff that the relationship and communication has deteriorated and requested for several organisations to speak to them regarding all of these issues and request for a transfer .My confidentiality was breached ,they conveyed a letter to my address and the postman mistakenly conveyed it to my neighbor before I knew it I had to move out because my neighbor opened the letter and read it .
Fantastic staff, from reception to consultants. All empathetic, genuinely warm and highly professional. Every member of staff go the extra mile to help and resolve your enquires or issues. Support services, fantasti, including outstanding, Specialist Nurses, skilled councellors, OTs, Dieticians, Pharmacists. Peer Support Services, Activity Groups, Womans services and more. No matter the problem the staff all work as one, providing a seamless visit, naturally barring rare emergencies that can occur anytime in any unit. I've given 5 stars, my experience of the unit and its staff, I'd give10.

The staff, and support they give, they're angels, talk and treat others with illnesses with dignity and respect, so if you need there help, then go!! They've done so much for me in my illness,, above and beyond the call of duty, God bless all that need their help, support, for what Eva tht maybe,
