Well they never pick up the phone. Been calling for a week now. Not a good sign and typical of so- called "elder care" in glasgow. What has happened to our once wonderful country?
I visited for a blood test, the clinic was clean, the receptionist was very nice and sweet! The nurse was so polite and professional. Got in and out in 5 mins!
No help at the inn today No sympathy No Empathy .
Always had amazing care given by the clinic couldn’t ask for a better team psychiatrist and cpns are fantastic especially given the pressure they must be under
Nice staff, good location, easy to reach by bus, just behind the elder park. Bus leaves at elder park and you will have to cross the park to reach there. There is parking available. This is in govan health center. I go for my baby's vaccination. Place is neat and clean and easy to reach.
I've been left with no support over the worse period for mental health problems with no backup. disconnected 3 times by someone called Laura. My gp was on holiday, psychiatrist was on holiday and cpn did not start after hours till 19.30..ive continued since then to struggle, with great difficulty, on my own. I was taken off medication with no support and on 9th January my family have been trying to see me through this. This is nothing short of medical negligence. My gp had been left with impression psychiatric support was given to wean me off tablets when this was not the case. I can't see me lasting much longer. Next appointment not till February. I've tried everywhere for support but the one person who I called out to for help in this practice has not even responded. It has left me feeling there's only one way to escape the pain!
