My daughter has been on their waiting list for 3 years and after contacting Charter house many times to see where my child is on the waiting list they still haven’t given my daughter a place. She has been on the waiting list for 3 years but it looks like they pick and choose who they give places to as I know people who have signed up after me and they have all been given a place. I feel that my daughter has been discriminated against and I am disgusted that a nursery can do something like this and get away with it. Also they are very rude people to deal when contacting them, appalling service.
