Was impressed with my eye test put me at ease explained what was wrong and gave me a leaflet to just to help me explain what was happening . The opticians really did a thorough test and have to have a follow up .This company have spotted all my problems I have had .I must say I recommend them

I was impressed with the optician who came across as very knowledgeable and helpful with a pleasant disposition and I liked the new equipment. Much better than the old glasses. However, I didn’t like that during the initial exam before seeing the optician the door to the room was left open while the tests were carried out. Anybody passing or seated/standing could see into the room.
Staff were very helpful, visit was great. Have used Vision Express before and will keep going back.
Excellent. Very professional and likeable young men. Hasan greeted me and took great care with tests before handing me over to Daniel the optician, who explained everything clearly. He was also very likeable. Both were so helpful with my mobility problems.
Down to earth optician, didn't get pushed to buy things I already said I didn't want. In and out no messing about. Moved to here from Specsavers were I didn't have a nice experience. Wish I'd a moved sooner. Thank you vision express.
