   Extremely disappointed, I choosed a nice pair of boots that was a little bit snug fit, but the seller (Paul) ensured me that the boot will stretch plenty and that it will be comfortable after a while. I wore it for 5 days and it didn't changed at all, it was started to hurt my feet and later when I was trying to return it he said he can't take it back because it is worn. I understand this is the policy but I just feel utterly dissatisfied. Never buying Timberland ever again.

   I never leave reviews, but felt the need today! Julia helped me pick out some boots a week ago, I felt quite bad because she had to go to the stock room quite a few times for me but it was clearly no issue for her and she was more than happy to help! Very quick service and I was given a lot of information on proper product care which I really appreciated! I’ll definitely be back :)

   One of the best shopping experience so far! Just got my first pair of Timberland boots. Shop assistants and the manager all very helpful and attentive... Friendly, warm greetings and offering helps straight away. (Don’t get that much nowadays!) They even shared tips and hints on how to protect the boots! I find that very informative and helpful! Over the moon with the service in the store and even got the half size boots that I was looking for. Very happy and would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone!

   Not a lot of choice to offer, but their quality is always good, and I immediately found what I was looking for. Took us nothing to get attention, and we left with our purchase pretty fast without any issue. The only downside is that the shop is very small and it can be crowded, so it's ba little bit difficult to try the shoes without being in the way of other people.

   Very helpful and friendly service and we enjoyed chatting to the worker. So many shoe options for both male and female. My husband and I were in there for about an hour both trying on a bunch of options and trying to decide which we liked best. There was almost too many to choose from. Everything was well displayed and tidy.
