   Blue Bears Playscheme is at the heart of the community. I've recently stumbled across this scheme when browsing online, signed up to their HAF scheme funded by Enfield council. It was nerve wrecking sending my daughter there for the first time (like any parent would) however my anxieties were eased by staff and had a hreat first meet with Virginia. Virginia also ensured my daughter had an alternative meal (due to her picky eating), something I'm always concerned about, but Virginia ensured she at a balanced meal and kept hydrated. I could see the care and love they are providing to all children. I'm extremely pleased with the level of attention to ensure every childs safety (enough staff raito, great play stations and staff monitoring out door activities). I cannot wait to sign up to their holiday clubs for October half-term. My daughter loves it!!!! (Amara's Mum) great job guys, i always know my daughter is in safe hamds with you all.

   My daughter has been attending Bluebears play scheme since the beginning of this year. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. My little one loves it there and I couldn’t think of a better safe space for her during my long working hours . They provide a variety of activities every day such as cooking, mark making, and even day trips out. The hours are great too go working parents!

   Initially I liked it. It all happened when I wanted to see the playground yesterday and Virginia said families are NOT allowed !! in a very bossy and aggressive manner as though she is telling a little girl off. I asked what the reason was. She said covid is spreading. My daughter has been going to this club since 2020 when the virus was spreading at its highest and she never said anything. I thought this was strange because there is no restrictions anywhere at the moment. SHE COULD HAVE REQUESTED ME TO WEAR MASK that would be NO PROBLEM! It was very important for me to see the playground because my daughter used to go there with her best friends and they are on holiday now and my daughter had to be all alone. I wanted to see if there are any nice children. I know Virginia for a few years now but I never thought she was a good person anyway. I know a few families left because of her attitude (Elif) treating her like a dirt because she doesn’t speak good English refusing to give her an invoice accusing her not paying the fee that was totally untrue. I knew she paid. She was so desperate for the invoice as she wanted to claim the cost. It was just a convenient place for my daughter just because her friends goes there. Everything happens for a reason I guess I am glad to find a new holiday club in Southgate and my daughter is so happy. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place for anyone. Soon or later you will have. a problem with Virginia.

   Blue Bear playscheme for the summer have been amazing I sent two of my children their one is a typical child and the other with additional needs they have been caring, professional friendly and understanding I want to thank Virginia and her team and keep up the good work.
