Really pleased with my experience for our mother & baby check - you can tell the staff, nurses, and doctors genuinely care, all around. If I could change anything it would just be that they had a call waiting/ phone queuing system so folks have a choice to wait for an answer. Edit: Coming back to mention they've now moved over to a much better call waiting phone system!

Want to thank the Receptionist and Dr Alani for there help as I came in with extreme Anxiety & stress even though I was in to see the nurse for my blood pressure .The Receptionist and Dr Alani made sure i was okay and seen me as i broke down in tears feeling extremely stressed and unsure how to cope. I dont know who the receptionist was but thank you , and Thank You Dr Alani for seeing me .

Once you kept past the front desk great service. Unfortunately after trying for over an hour this morning before the phone was finally answered, only to be told emergency cover only and to phone in new year if need to book an appointment. I though A&E was for emergencies

Understaffed and over subscribed, receptionist have an attitude problem - probably because of the workload but that's no excuse really. 12 times I phoned this morning with no answer before I went down to make an apointment in person, 2 weeks for an apointment. The phone rang the whole time I was there with no one answering it. Unacceptable. Edit: Some receptionists are better than others. Edit: Still lengthy times for appointments but saw me quickly in an emergency and helped me a lot Edit They are continuing to triage and diagnose patients over the phone. A necesity during the COVID pandemic but not so much now. Instead of waiting weeks to see a Dr your now waiting a week to talk to one first. This making the process longer.

Was worried about what appeared to be a large mole on my husband's back, as it started to bleed. Phoned first thing Tuesday morning and spoke to a lovely receptionist. Triage phone call at 11 and appointment this morning. Nothing sinister and all sorted by Paula...who was so understanding about my worries. Thank you so much to everyone. (Also have arranged a very belated asthma review for Friday.)

Only putting one star because you can't choose none. Mains Drive medical have such poor poor service. I suffer from being depressed, anxious and suicidal. I called for a simple letter explaining my situation because my employer requested it. I work a 9 -5:30 job in Glasgow city centre and they tell me to get there for 6 which I explain can't be done in rush hour traffic. To this the receptionist replied "not really much more we can do" and hung up. I'm not asking for medication even though I need it, I understood that I can't receive this without an appointment but I'm asking for a letter confirming I'm diagnosed, that's all. What would they have done if I was in a severely bad place and caused harm to myself? Doctors are supposed to help people. But their reception staff are severely letting them down. Disgusted to say the least.
