   I purchased a Bugaboo Donkey pushchair which was marked as delivered, but it was left unattended in an unlocked communal doorway despite signage saying not to leave deliveries. I never authorised the item to be left and it was not received. Joanne has ignored my correspondence and no refund or replacement has been offered. I have now been left with no option but to issue a claim via Money Claim Online to recover my money. Very disappointing experience.

   Just picked up our pram today and have had a fab experience buying from them. Couldn’t ask for a better service ! The pram is stunning ! We loved the fact you can pay bits off at a time and you get a demo before you leave ! Highly recommend! Thank you !

   I got my pram from the pram shop on Saturday and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! Joanne and Anthony are so helpful, you can tell they really put their life in to their work, and know their stuff when it comes to prams. Joanne spent so much time with me going through everything and showing me/letting me practice how to assemble and put together the travel systems of the egg 2 which is the pram I chose and I am in love with it! Also you can’t even tell the prams are refurbished because they do such a good job on them, I couldn’t fault them. Kia their weekend helper was very hard working and could tell she really put effort in to her job. Well done!

   Firstly want to say what amazing customer service by the staff here I/we have never felt so valued as a customer than here today. We called into the store as was passing and as we were looking for a new pram popped in. From the start the staff were amazing very customer focused listened to all our requirements and gave great advice. A female member of staff got several options out fully dismantling etc to show size and packing options and after listening to our original requirements couldn't of picked a more perfect pram. We also delt with a male again who was so great with us and went through all the payment plan options colours etc. We left today knowing we are going to go back and purchase form here and didn't feel one bit pressured into a sale and I would fully recommend this store to anyone who is in the market for a pram
