   Our son has been to Spectacularkidz’s Nursery for over a year, he is a child on ASD that needs extra hands and attention, our son has had great times and improvement in all aspects of his needs, very loving, caring and understanding teachers, treating every child as an individual with their at most and also remaining professional, very respectful to everyone. Surely Elijah will miss you come September but, it’s all good. Thank you so much Ms Joanne for all you have done and to all your staff, we will always remember you in our son’s journey.

   This is the best nursery for my children I highly recommend them, my children happy with them and also the staff are kind lovely understanding the child needs and also they really amazing with communicate with parents. I'm fully amazed and happy from them. Thanks a lot for everything really ❤️

   Our little girl has been at spectacularkidz woodford branch for just over a year now and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are all super friendly, and I really feel relaxed about how they care for the kids and help them develop their little personalities. Her brother is just under 2 and also started to attend, he is very excited to go in with his sister and settled in his first day. which speaks to the impressive staff retention. This means it is a nice place to work too. I highly recommend to every parent to consider this place for their children.

   I am very satisfied with this nursery. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I never had any complaints about anything. Environment is good . Nursery is clean and spacious.    Absolute rip off don’t go near this place the teachers doesn’t have a clue about the procedures ended up loosing £300 because of there mistakes and blamed me for not reading the small print keep away Response from the owner 15 hours ago Dear Mr Ahmeth, we will appreciate a true and clear review. Its common standard and procedure as in our terms and conditions as with all nurseries nationwide, that you must give an agreed notice in writing which is clearly written in a big standard Arial font 12 clearly stating our terms which you read and consented to. You did not give notice as required and hence the other nursery has charged you £300 as funding was duly given to us by the terms of Redbridge Council which is the same notice term we require. This has nothing to do with Spectacularkidz as the borough has awarded funding to the right setting for your notice period. Sorry if your action has caused you a bill with the school nursery you moved your child to. Just to make it clear that Spectaculakidz Preschool did not bill you £300 but your new nursery did. We understand the situation is not favourable to you but could have been avoided. Your child had a great time with us and we wish you both the best for the future. Hi, you mentioned the common standard procedure which your teachers doesn’t even aware of and they had to call the Director to find out after we asked them why we got charged after we clearly informed them last term itself and they wished us all the best and said we don’t have to do anything further. School nursery charged us because you have taken the funding for a child who doesn’t attend the nursery. You wants to talk about the quality of the teaching? My kid was with your nursery for more than 10 months she couldn’t even write her name properly after attending the school nursery for 4 weeks she can write all 24 letters and the names how does it work then?
