   I am so pleased I chose Kids Inc as my nursery. My son has been attending for 3 months (he is now 9 months old). When I was looking at nurseries I wanted to be sure that health and safety was of a very high standard, and that the staff would be kind and patient with my son. I've been very impressed by the care he receives, he loves his keyworker (Michelle) and I know that when I'm not there to give him a cuddle, she can cuddle him instead. Every day that we walk in, all the staff are full of smiles and know my son's name. I know they take good care of him because he is happy whenever I pick him up. The chef cooks fresh food every day, and he enjoys trying it all. I receive regular updates about him so I know he's safe when I'm not with him. The nursery really focusses on supporting your child to reach the next milestones, and the ladies in his room are all invested in him (Natalia deserves a shout out too!). His development has progressed rapidly as a result, he started as a non-crawler and is now pulling himself up to stand and standing independently (for a short time!). Overall, extremely happy and wouldn't have my son attend anywhere else.

   My daughter has been going to kids Inc Loughton for over a year now and honestly one of the best nurseries I've ever been to, it's the staff that make it, such a caring environment and often send me updates throughout the day of the fun activities my daughter is getting up to. They also run events throughout the year some just for parents like sip and paint nights and cheese and wine nights. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone looking, in fact I was will be sending my second daughter here later next year.

   Our daughter has been attending the nursery for six weeks now, and we couldn’t be happier with how well she’s settled in. From day one, the team made her feel so welcome and comfortable, and it’s been amazing to see her confidence and happiness grow each week. A special thank you to Michelle and Natalia, who have both been absolutely wonderful. Their caring, friendly approach and constant communication have made the transition so easy for us as parents. It’s clear how much they genuinely care for the children, and we can see how much our daughter loves spending time with them. We’re so grateful to the whole team for making our daughter’s first nursery experience such a positive one. It’s such a relief to know she’s in such caring hands every day. thank you, Michelle, Natalia, and everyone at the nursery, for all that you do!

   Fantastic nursery! Would highly recommend. Our son joined at 9 months and has now been attending for 6 months and absolutely loves it! He loves all the staff and will often hold his arms out for a cuddle on drop off. Throughout the day, I receive regular updates via the App, so I always feel connected and reassured he's having a good time. I can also see how he eats absolutely everything at nursery despite him being much fussier at home. He loves the messy play and the staff send me the funniest photos of him grinning covered in paint or foam. Me and my husband were so worried about sending him to nursery especially before a year but its had such a positive impact of his overall development and confidence.

   My wife and I have had a close connection with Kids Inc Loughton since 2019 (before our first son was born) what struck us initially was the warm, inclusive environment with all the staff really caring for each of the children in their care. All staff know each child by first name and all the parents have a close relationship with the nursery too, which fosters a great sense of community. We have always been impressed with the care, the facilities and nutritional meals. Now our daughter attends the nursery and we could not be happier, as a busy working household we have seen the nursery continue to evolve, supported by robust processes and technology, which allows us to be even more connected to day-to-day activities. We feel really happy with the growth of both of our children through the solid foundations provided by Kids Inc Loughton and we would, without hesitation recommend this setting to anyone thinking about placing their child into nursery for the first time.

   My son (Nearly 3) and daughter (11months) had enrolled last year and have now both just started after lockdown. We changed our son over from another nursery to make it easier as they take children from 6months to pre school all in one place. It is also very convieniently located outside Loughton tube station and Car parking is ample. All the staff there ranging from the room workers and Chelsea/Jacqueline at the Nursery to Sonia in accounts have all been so welcoming, kind and helpful. They have made the transition so much easier for us in this new era of social distancing and PPE. Working on the healthcare frontline myself and also being a Clinical Contact Tracer I must say their protocols have been very thourough and we haven't hesitated trusting them with our prized possessions! ;) Thanks All - Keep up the good work! :)
