Fantastic people are working on the desk, if you need anything they will organise it for you. the hotel is old but very clean. linen fresh towels how many do you need, no limited tea and coffee. I will back
Rooms are a good size. Bed is comfortable. My room faced away from the motorway and was quiet with a view of fields. Biggest problem is the truly crap WiFi. So bad that it will not connect to many standard sites like BBC news or Yahoo. The Tor browser will not work at all. Not good enough for a WhatsApp call. This is totally unacceptable in a modern, and surprisingly expensive, hotel.
Had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Glasgow (Motherwell) - the location is perfect with a beautiful views from the room. Robert, Amanda, Natasha and Rueiri at reception was absolutely brilliant, taking time to chat and giving us excellent recommendations for local attractions. Their warm welcome and local knowledge really made our visit special. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with high standards clearly maintained throughout. We also tried The Newhouse Beefeater restaurant right next door, which was so convenient. The menu has great variety and the food was delicious - definitely worth a visit. Between the stunning views, immaculate rooms, and the hotle's outstanding service, this was a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend and return!
The hotel is in a beautiful location right beside the motorway, with stunning views from the windows. The rooms are super clean, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. They guide you through everything, making Scotland feel like home. This is my first time in Motherwell, and thanks to the great suggestions from the staff, everything was much easier and more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food in the Beefeater restaurant next door is fantastic. Amanda, Natasha, Robert, Rueiri at the reception desk also has some lovely stories to share, be sure to have a chat with them!
Would like to say a huge thank you for the staff at The Premier Inn (Newhouse) very accommodating staff friendly, room spotless. Manager happy to take extra care of my aunt. Have stayed there many times now and never had an issue. Food and the adjoining Beefeater always delicious breakfast and dinner well done round! Shame you couldn't do anything about the awful weather haha
Food very basic and not much to choose from. Had a meal deal with the room. Never bothered with the food, didnt look appetising. The bed creaked every time you moved in it. Not the best experience i can say.
All the staff are very helpful, so polite, & friendly, nothing is too much trouble, would stay here again.
Just home after spending a night in the premier inn and it was very enjoyable the staff were very nice and helpful the young lady in reception last night was so aoplagetic for our taxi that failed to turn up yet no fault of hers she even said had she not have to stay at her work she herself would have driven us to our function she is a credit to her bosses also the young ladies in the breakfast bar were very polite and friendly i will definatly be back
