Lovely, secure and clean. My son really enjoys it and his carers are very enthusiastic. There are daily updates on the app that is very helpful for an anxious mum like me. Overall I would recommend to family and friends.

If you have a child with SEND then this is most definitely not the nursery to send your child to. They continuously failed my son during the three years he attended there. They do not follow government guidelines with regard to SEND law. By law, a nursery is supposed to have meetings with parents every six weeks and set new targets to meet a child’s needs. This did not happen for over a year. There was nothing put in place to support my son and we had to continuously fight to ensure his needs were met. After informing the borough that this nursery were failing my son, the nursery finally started to hear our concerns. This meant constant meetings with the borough and the nursery. The attitude of the nursery management is extremely unprofessional. My son had an EHCP in place and the nursery didn’t even bother to obtain a copy to ensure his needs were met. After failing to manage his behaviour and meet his needs, the nursery manager then attempted to have him moved to another nursery following failed attempts at maintaining a professional relationship with us. We refused to accept the lack of accountability and repeated failings of the nursery and the nursery manager took exception to this. Certain staff members do try their best but they are not provided with the adequate support and training from management. The one star given is for the certain few staff members that genuinely cared for my son.

As a parent, all you want from a nursery is transparency, honesty, and a safe environment for your child. Unfortunately, my experience with this nursery has been deeply disappointing. From my daughter's very first day, I witnessed a situation that raised major concerns. While filling out registration paperwork, I heard my daughter’s name being shouted. I turned around to see another child about to hit her in the head with a wooden train. While one of the teachers tried to manage the situation, it was clear the staff was struggling to control the child. The manager tried to divert my attention, but eventually had to step in. My daughter attended the nursery for two days a week, and from my home, I could see her crying in the playground on her first day. When I asked about it, the manager denied it, but then backtracked after I explained that I had seen it happen. All I was looking for was honesty, but instead, I was met with avoidance. There were also issues with the way the staff interacted with the children. I witnessed a teacher speaking aggressively and shouting at the children in the playground, which is unacceptable in any environment. My daughter even started repeating inappropriate phrases like “go to Hell,” something no 3-year-old should be saying. The final straw was when another child pulled my daughter’s hair. I asked the teachers to address this with the other child’s parents, but it was clear they had not done so. I discovered this when the other parent expressed shock upon hearing about the incident. If you are looking for a nurturing, safe, and honest environment for your child’s development, I cannot recommend this nursery. Transparency and open communication with parents should be a priority, but sadly, that has not been my experience here.

As absolutely wonderful nursery, I've worked in nursery settings for a number of years, Bringing my son here was always nervy for me. But Richard and his team are amazing. Sophie and Natalie are two of the most wonder practitioners I've met. My son has come on so much since arriving here. Highly recommend this setting.

My son has been at this nursery for 3 years now and he loves it. As a mum I find this nursery outstanding. They really pay attention to the things that come up at home - for example my boy keeps putting things in his mouth so they did an activity about what goes in your mouth and what doesn't. He keeps asking for a daddy and so they did an activity about how all families are different and so on. The staff are amazing and I trust them implicitly. My son is in pre-school now which is run by Natalie and shes one of his faves. She takes no nonsense but is amazing with the kids. His key worker Mollie is an absolute diamond too and he just loves her. The manager Richard is a compassionate, helpful, approachable individual who is always ready to help should any issues crop up. My son has received an extraordinary level of care at this nursery and I would not hesitate to recommend it (and often do!)

I would have to say my daughter had the best pre-school experience. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They really helped my child settle in and always gave feedback. They did a very good job in looking after my daughter and because of this my daughter swiftly went on to the next stage of her education setting. They organised picture day and the photos came out so professional. I highly recommend this pre-school nursery.

My Son went here for just under two years. Absolutely awful! spent over £2000 and at first the staff were great but all the good ones moved on to bigger better things! The rest just hoarded babies/toddlers until the parents picked them up. Just a lazy viewpoint on a child's learning development and attainment. Some staff can barely even move around without dripping in perspiration and others are rude. Honestly take your child to a 'School Nursery' where they will be properly cared and educated for by Teachers! and fully trained support staff. I really wish I could turn back time so my Son could have blossomed sooner within a school nursery setting.
