   I found this nursery by mistake, and it was the best decision to go in and have a look, i was going without appointment, but they receive me inside very friendly, and the atmosphere was so cozy and full with love for kids, this was the first nursery that I felt like they really want my baby be part of them family, and i did visit around 5 nursery but this one felt the right one. Now we are 3 months into the nursery and everything is perfect, very clean, nice garden full with colours, the nursery staff is very friendly, happy and they really comfort the children when they need , I really do recommend them!

   **Excellent Nursery, couldn’t be happier** I am very pleased with my child’s experience at this nursery. I really appreciated the regular updates I received through the Tapestry site- The photos and observations shared have just been lovely - thank you so much! They offer arts and crafts, messy play, educational, and outdoor play, this kept my little one wanting to go into nursery every morning. It was lovely to see my little one form friendships which I attribute to the nurturing environment provided by the lovely staff. The staff also organise parents' meetings focusing on key EYFS milestones which was very reassuring as this was tracked and developed upon. Overall, I am very happy with my choice of nursery and would recommend this nursery to other parents seeking a nurturing place for their little ones.

   We have great experience. All staff are trained and professional. Very approachable, helpful and provide guidance also. Nursery is very clean had an amazing experience to send our daughter there. The management and staff especially shazia is very cooperative and kind always ready to help parents and the children. An incredibly child focused establishment where the child's emotional and physical development is at the heart of everything they do. The staff are true professionals and experts in their own right. I felt my child was at safe hand.

   My son has really excelled at this nursery. He enjoys going in everyday and is always excited. The nursery staff are all wonderful, always welcoming and have created a lovely, safe and creative environment which nurtures the children and brings out the best in them. Would definitely recommend this nursery and will be sending my other children there also.

   I couldn’t be happier with our experience at this nursery! Warm and caring staff: from the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and assured. All are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about the well being and development of each child. My child’s teachers are always approachable and take the time to provide updates on my child’s progress. And this is very important for me. My child is very happy every time going there. I highly recommend Flying Start Day nursery to any parent looking for a loving, safe, and enriching place for their little one.

   My daughter started at this nursery from the April term. Due to relocation, we are having to change her nursery but my experience with the nursery is as follows- I chose this nursery based solely on the Google reviews. This branch and their Chigwell sister had 5* reviews which is better than other nurseries within the proximity of my house. Since sending my daughter to this nursery, she has absolutely blossomed, come out of her shell and her speech and language have improved beyond my wildest dreams. Despite my daughter finding it hard initially, the teachers persisted with engaging her and involving her in the routine of the day. They remained unphased and professional at all times and consistency is something that is so appreciated as a parent. Children are given food on-site daily by the chef who cooks a variety of organic meals that can be catered to the child's dietary requirements. The Nursery use an app to keep you updated with your child's progress which is updated regularly and there is excellent communication through the app. Children are assigned key workers but it genuinely is such a team effort and all teachers get involved with all children. There is such a beautiful community/family feel to the setting. Often, the nursery do activities such as dressing up, focusing on themes, having chicks in, the Blind Dogs Association in, taking the children to a trip etc which I find so wonderful for the growth and development. Opportunities that perhaps the children may not be able to have because of various factors. The activities they plan for the children are imaginative, interesting and engaging embedded in deeper learning .g. ice painting... who'd heard of such a thing?? I certainly didn't do these things when I was at nursery! All in all, I can truly sat that I am heart broken about moving my daughters nursery. From the manager Tanisha who is calm, collected and professional to each teacher at the setting, I could not have asked for a better experience and I only wish I could keep my daughter here the entire time, I know nothing else will compare.

   I am really happy with my experience with Flying Start so far. My son started nursery a few weeks ago, and so far he is loving it. From the very beginning I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Everyone me or my husband have spoken to has been so helpful and polite. From the first phone call enquiring about the nursery, all the way to now when i am one of those mums that calls every day to see how my son is doing. Tanisha is the person I have spoken to the most, she is so polite, and understanding of any questions I have. She is wonderful with my son and I can tell he really likes her. She is a brilliant asset to the team and I feel completely at ease knowing that she is there. It must be so hard at the moment keeping up with all the Covid regulations and making sure the children are safe, everyone there is doing an amazing job. Picking a nursery is such a big decision and there are so many out there but I know I have made the right choice, and I will absolutely recommend Flying Start to anyone I can.

   Fantastic nursery! Very professional and friendly staff who genuinely care about the children. The manager and deputy manager are brilliant, so approachable and enthusiastic! My daughter absolutely loves it here and misses everyone during the holiday period. She genuinely can't wait to go back to nursery to see all her friends and staff. Good variety of activities, interesting weekly themes, regular updates on progress, nice outdoor garden space and messy play. Very nurturing, stimulating, well rounded and safe environment.
