Absolutely shocking - Felt unsafe and deeply dissatisfied. Firstly, other guests were locked out of their rooms, leaving their dogs trapped inside (continuously barking). Despite their attempts to contact reception for assistance, there was no staff present in the building, and we were informed it would take an unreasonable two hours for help to arrive. The dogs' distress was evident as they barked incessantly, and other guests even tried to kick the door down to reach them, resulting in chaotic scenes of shouting and frustration. Throughout the night, we were constantly disturbed by guests knocking on our door (Room 3, next to reception), seeking our help to resolve the situation despite us being fellow guests rather than staff members. This made it incredibly difficult to get any sleep, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic and disarrayed. Additionally, I was alarmed to discover that some guests could access rooms that were not theirs by using key cards obtained from behind the reception desk (as there were no staff present!!), which raised serious concerns about the security of the premises. The next morning, when I voiced my concerns to Thomas at reception, the situation worsened when he called Tony (the owner). Tony's response was shockingly disrespectful, dismissing my complaints and even resorting to name-calling. Despite my calm demeanour, he raised his voice and denied the absence of staff on the premises, despite us calling the reception & mobile number and waiting alongside other guests for help. It felt incredibly unfair that disruptive guests causing chaos were not charged for the room, yet I was denied a refund for the appalling experience. Overall, my Β£70 for the night was a complete waste, as I endured a sleepless night and encountered appalling customer service. I would strongly advise against staying at this B&B, as it was a dreadful experience I would not wish upon anyone.

This B&B is perfect for us as itβs only a five minute walk from my mums, one of the main reasons for booking. But honestly we have stayed in all of the B&B in the area and Onslow Drive is great, basic but clean and only a 20 minute walk into George Square, also buses and train services are at the bottom of the hill.. Breakfast was excellent Thomas was very approachable and would do his best to make sure you full to the brim before you left for the day. There is a cost for breakfast but no more than you would pay in a cafe. Have already booked for next year.

Booked a single room the night before arriving, as I had to meet a contact in Glasgow. Single plus breakfast Β£47.00. I had the attic room, perfect for me. Took a shower on the second floor as itβs shared, this doesnβt bother me as Iβm ex forces. WiFi, Bed comfortable, skylight, TV with Virgin box. Tomasz was superb, couldnβt do enough, cooked me a great breakfast at 7am. Cheers Dave from Manchester

I arrived late about 1am and was received well. The single room is ideal for a one person traveller. It has sink with hot water, electric kettle and coffee /tea satchets replaced everyday. The sheets are washed and replaced everyday. Room has a working desk and comfortable chair. A TV with great channels in case you want to unwind. The shared bathroom is nice, clean. There's breakfast at the lobby in the morning. Β£5-7 per plate. It's 10minutes walk to the city centre, accessible to amenities in the G3 area, mostly I liked the hotel due to its serene and quiet neighbourhood. Great service in overall loved my stay for Β£40 I would recommend to anyone visiting Glasgow. .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. The host is a senile and deaf old man with whom you can't even maintain a conversation. He has the TV at a very high volume until midnight, and whenever he wakes up (5am in my case) he turns it back on and it's impossible to sleep because the walls are paper thin and the volume is very much too loud. The communication prior to my arrival was terrible, I could not get a single reply from the host. The room smelled wierd and I couldn't even stand up properly in it due to low ceiling. In conclusion, do NOT come here, for your own sake. Ignore the positive reviews, I don't know what standards those people have but their criteria is terrible.

We were made to pay upon arrival - 80Β£ for a double bed with private bathroom - and then got a room with single beds and a shared bathroom. The hotel was not willing to either change the room or give us a partial refund. Now they're not responding, so it definitely feels like a scam. You could only pay cash - no cards accepted - but then they did not even have change. Also, there was a strange man mumbling to himself and telling us to take our masks off, even though we told him we had just had COVID-19 and wanted to be careful. He was also loud at night. There is no breakfast. The neighborhood seems good. Overall a very disappointing and strange stay. Happy to have left.
