   I am disappointed with how the school manages early collections and the opening/closing of the gates. Sometimes the gates are closed earlier, sometimes later, and there is no clear rule. Parents should know exactly what time the gates are open or closed. For example, when I inform the staff in the morning that my daughter has a medical appointment or tests, I still have to wait, and my child is not brought out on time. One day I arrived at 14:40, but she was only brought out at 15:00, when the gates were already locked. This makes it impossible to manage, especially when you have more than one child. As parents, every minute matters. We kindly ask the school to have a clear system for gate times and more understanding when children need to leave earlier for medical or family reasons.

   Very professional teachers, office workers, if a child is weaker with a special program, the teacher is not visible at all, the food is absolutely bad.
