Not secure entry as code for key box and room was extremely obvious, anyone could have guessed meaning there is an issue of safety. It was generally clean however, stairs were scruffy and there was paint peeling off the walls in the hallway. The room was adequate good size for prize but wouldn’t stay more then 2 nights. There was a loose shelf next to bed that could have fell at any given point, resulting in a damage charge. Upon further looking there was a few pubic hairs left in sink and toilet. There was no spoons to make tea/coffee with???. Tv DID NOT work despite being turned on and remote lighting up. After further inspection of the back of the tv to look for alternative ways to switch on i established the tv was EXTREMELY loose and could have fell and caused major injury. The “rug” next to the bed was 1. slippy 2. a doormat. No bath mat either for shower. The instructions for the room were contradictory as it was stated to always lock the front door but there was a sign saying ‘please keep door unlocked’ on the actual door itself. Bin had no bin liner which was unhygienic. The walls of the room were splattered with unknown substances and had clearly been left unwashed for some time. After booking a double room for TWO PEOPLE!!!! we were met with one large towel and 2 hand/hair towels when we paid for two people to stay. Just as well we didn’t need to shower. There was also an absence of staff and you were left to your own devices, it wasn’t clear who to contact in a potential emergency which is also unsafe. The window on the wall lead straight into the hallway deeming it absolutely useless as the room was so hot and there was no way to cool down. Overall it’s an okay place to stay if attending a concert and or event but wouldn’t recommend to anyone staying for more then a day or two.

Service is good. The area around the building is somewhat "lesser" standard than the building itself, which gives it a back alley feel and might be off-putting to some people.

Good rooms well kitted out , good security of the building too with specific app required to unlock the door Location Is good being not even a minute walk to subway Station But it is near a football pub

Heavy signs of rust along the floor. Advertised as breakfast but did not say it did not include a full English breakfast… Pill was found under the bed from previous guests and found that absolutely disgusting. Room obviously had not had a proper clean. Was no receptionist and all contact had to be done through texts and email which was annoying. Was also a small bed and really small bathroom. Would not stop again. Really rough area in general.
