   The Nursery is a wonderful environment for children of all ages to learn and flourish with lots of learning experiences. The management are all very approachable and professional towards both families and their staff members. The manager Becca is always positive towards staff making sure their well-being is a Priority. The Deputy manager Thani is always at hand to help and support her staff. The office manager Karen greets everyone with a friendly smile and advice when needed. The kitchen chiefs are amazing they Prepare healthy fresh cooked meals every morning for the children and staff. All dietary requirements are met.

   Beautiful setting with inspired by nature very spacious rooms packed with loads of toys and activities for children to explore and learn curated and designed to support and extend children’s knowledge, skills, understanding, and confidence. also a lovely garden area for children to connect with the outdoors. Children can learn and develop in a safe environment within our nursery .

   The Learning Tree is an amazing nursery! The building is modern styled and the staff are lovely. Always a welcoming smile from managers and staff who are in the office and rooms at time of entering and a lovely goodbye at the time of leaving! Highly recommend!

   Amazing nursery with amazing and kind staff! Updates given throughout the day on the app about meals, nap times and pictures of what activities your child is doing! Food all cooked on site with nice, varied menus. No complaints at all, so happy with this nursery :)

   My daughter attends the Learning Tree and we have had a wonderful experience since starting a few months ago. We are very pleased with the communication and the photos we receive of her daily via an app. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The facilities inside are great and I feel very pleased my daughter is in such a well designed setting. My daughter has thrived since starting. I would definitely recommend.

   Be very careful. This nursery is a new franchise. They took my deposit £50 but couldn't offer the days i wanted. Scam. They are now replying to negative feedbacks by saying they will refund the registration fees if potential customers call back. No admission that they where wrongly taken or under false pretence. I can only imagine how many people have been swindled out of £50. Ofsted and trading standards need to take note. Franchising out nurseries to the wrong people spells a potential disaster. I hope all due dilligance has been taken before putting these people in a position of trust,

   I visited The Learning Tree and was interested for my son to attend. I asked the usual questions of the nursery’s availability and was told the days I required were available. I also asked if the days I require were not later available but I paid the registration fee would this be returned to me and I was told it would be. I was told the registration fee was to secure my child’s place at the nursery. Within a couple of hours, I emailed the nursery and was told the place was still available therefore to go ahead with the registration. I completed the online registration and paid the fee. Within a day or two I was told the nursery did not have any spaces, to my shock I emailed the manager and asked what had happened as I was told the place I required was available. The manager then emailed and said it had been a miss communication, the place I required was not available. I then asked for my fee back which I was told would happen, the manager emailed back stating sorry the fee is non refundable. No explanation was given to me as to what had happened! I find this very disappointing! Every member of staff I spoke to told me something different about the nursery, information is not clear and staff clearly do not know the nursery’s policies and procedures! I was very fair with the nursery at the time of my visit the manager had walked out! There was no chef and it was clear to see the acting manager lacked organisation as I waited over 20 mins for my appointment to start while she sat answering personal calls!!

   So far so good. We are sending our daughter (second child) there. The nursery is beautiful. Clean, sustainable, premium quality products (Kit + Kin nappies!). Amy and her team always strive to deliver the best. I know all of the staff there and their names. When I see them they always deliver a smile. I would not hesitate to recommend to other parents and we look forward to seeing how our daughter will develop in the coming years. Storal HQ is in Baker St, London. This is not just any nursery, it's a Storal nursery. You wouldn't think it's only been open for four months as the set-up, organisation and professionalism would suggest a lot longer. ❤️
