   Bought a sleep and care plus travel cot from a charity shop. Did not have a mattress so emailed Hauck UK to find if it was still sold. Megan emailed back after 30 minutes to confirm they still sold them and sent a link to buy one. I paid and sent an email to say I had paid. 10 minutes later Megan emailed confirmation and said it would arrive next day. I sent a request for the tracking number and was answered in 2 minutes. Overall the best customer service I have ever experienced Edit: Two days later the mattress arrived.

   Don't touch their travel cots. Should be a simple product but no, theirs dont work properly and causes alot of frustration. I think all the poor design students end up at Hauck and are let loose creating these horrible products

   I bought one of their stair gates from Amazon and it was incomplete. Amazon weren't able to supply me with the missing bits so I rang Hauck at Wrexham. The young lady was both pleasant and helpful and sent me the parts the same day. Excellent service.

   After a mishap 3 days ago with my pushchair and being given wrong information from where it was bought, I contacted Hauck directly by their website last night as it had just passed their closing time. I must say I am SUPER IMPRESSED and GRATEFUL someone saw my email and responded by sending out a brand new pushchair which arrived today, which I had no idea was on its way but after being pretty much stuck indoors with my 2 y/o I could've cried, I was that happy and still am and just wanted to leave a 5 star review and a huge THANK YOU.
