They do not have the information they need to have in order to best assist students and their families. They do not listen and are non communicative with families when concerns arise. Families make the SEAX Trust aware of information they should know but do not know. When this happens, families are treated badly -instead of receiving thanks for alerting the SEAXTrust to their lack of knowledge. Catherine Burnside has left a 5 star rating for the SEAX Trust. She works for the SEAX Trust as a director. Need I say more ?
