We were really disappointed with our experience. We received a gift from this shop, but when we tried to exchange it, we were told it had been over 28 days and couldn’t be returned. As new parents, we weren’t able to get out in those first few weeks, and unfortunately, our newborn didn’t fit into the newborn-sized clothes. We had planned to shop here and spend more, but the lack of flexibility and understanding has left us feeling let down. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
