She clearly knew what she was talking about and answered all the questions we had about the property, and further information was always given promptly. The whole process from viewing the house to actually getting the keys took about six and a half weeks and everything was very straightforward.    Very poor Customer service, “we won’t allow you to rent with a face to face” I thought teams and video calls are a part of our culture and technological advancements in the past years. And also this was possible during covid but no longer.. how strange
