   I was quite apprehensive about completing the level 5 diploma in health and social care remotely but in the end found Dawn to be more supportive than some face to face establishments I've used for previous training. Completing this qualification has increased my skills, knowledge and confidence in care management, none of this would have been possible without Dawn's guidance and constructive feedback. I highly recommend New Dawn Training to adult care providers who are looking to improve their training offer.

   I have recently completed a Level 5 certificate in Education with New Dawn Training. After completing my Level 4, I decided to continue my adult learning with Dawn and enrol and complete my Level 5 certificate in Education. Without echoing what I had written previously Dawn has been very Patient, Professional, and Encouraging. The support that she has given me has been fantastic. Dawn has given me some fresh and new ideas that I can now take to my Training role. The course has given me the opportunity to reflect on my own training delivery and hopefully be better.    Having done a level 2 NVQ for A17 telescopic handler i would recommend new dawn training to anyone. The cost was very fair against other training centres that i had previously looked up and Dawn was very helpful and always available if i had any questions. The assessor was very professional and also very helpful too. 5* service in my opinion :)
