Castlehead managed the sale of my parents property in Glasgow. They made it as easy as possible for them and put together a fantastic video for the listing on Rightmove. Immediately after the listing went live, 5 viewings were booked and an offer accepted within a few days. The price charged was very competitive (much cheaper than the usual west end property agents). Horrendous!! We used as they were local, yet more expensive. Continually lied to us, did not chase up leads. I had no views within two weeks (new build, well presented flat that sold within 2 days of moving to new estate agent) Had a friend request a home report to test if they were doing their job. My friend got no reply, estate agent said it was because it was requested through their site and not through the third party site??? Nonsense. Would not recommend! In response to your response...... I was lied to, one example given in review. I had someone request a home report to which you failed to follow up after saying you had no requests. A review is my opinion which I am entitled to. Below were three excuses I was given in regard to my property not being sold, at a time property was selling at an amazing pace all which were emailed you, so to suggest I didn't contact you is yet another lie. Like I said, the other estate agents sold our property promptly and efficiently. Reasons for not selling given by yourself: -We have no idea why your property isn't generating interest. -The property market isn't moving that fast just now -There isn't a market for your type of property, at your price point. I feel if we agreed on excuse, it would ease my frustrations.
We recently sold our property with Castlehead. Their fees were very clear, they were quick to get the property marketed and they quickly got a number of good offers on the table.
