Dirty & tired: it's in need of a clean first, and then some decoration very soon after that. The place was pretty tired. It could do with an updated lick of paint, some decoration etc. But most importantly for my particular stay was that the apartment was quite dirty. The bathroom had black mould, the carpet was dirty and stained, and there were portions of wall that were discoloured.
