   We had the most wonderful wedding day at RCPE in November 2025. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the venue, so many people commented on how unique and beautiful it was, and several said it was a day they’ll always remember. The entire events team was incredibly accommodating and helpful from start to finish. Everything felt effortless thanks to their support, and we’re so grateful for how smoothly the whole day ran. Thank you to Hannah and the RCPE Events Team for giving us such a fantastic experience. We couldn’t have wished for a better venue for our wedding!

   We had our wedding at the RCPE and had the most amazing day. From the initial tour to the day itself, Hannah was so incredibly helpful and reliable — she helped make the organising so much easier. On the day itself, all the staff were amazingly helpful and the venue was perfect. All our guests told us just how stunning the venue was, and we couldn't be happier with how it went. With the ceremony, drinks reception, reception and ceilidh all under one roof, we didn't have to worry about the weather and could just focus on the day. Having the private room at the front of the venue to take a breather on the day and store our belongings made such a difference too. The one downside was we weren't able to use the accommodation in the venue on the day as it was already booked, but it just depends on availability and didn't affect us too much as we live nearby. Couldn't recommend this venue more — you won't be disappointed!

   We had our wedding in October, and we had the full place, with the Cullen Suite for our Chinese tea ceremony, and later fizz and canapes; the New Library for the wedding ceremony, and later the drinks bar and cake cutting; and the Great Hall for the wedding breakfast, and later a ceilidh and dancing. It is a very beautiful and historic building, and very well-maintained. We were also allowed access to the Queen Street Gardens and up the balcony of the New Library for photos. It is a very gorgeous venue, and it cannot be done justice by words or photos. We worked with Hannah and she was wonderful in helping us plan our day right down to the smallest details. As it is a historic venue, there are restrictions and those are really to be expected, e.g. no confetti inside the premises and candles only in the Great Hall. We did hit a minor snag during the lead-up to our wedding, in that we only had the weekdays 10am - 4.30pm to drop off our items to be used on the wedding to the RCPE. On the day, the team were super detail-oriented and attentive as well. They worked well with our chosen caterer so the day passed smoothly. We also appreciate the security service keeping an eye on everything, and the team for checking with us about the small details on the day. Everything was perfect, and we could not ask for a better team for our special day. Thank you to the team at the RCPE for looking after us so well during the planning process and on the day itself

   A wedding venue that dreams are made of! We had our wedding this March at the Royal College of physicians, and it was even more than I could’ve hoped for. I felt like a true princess. We worked with Hannah and she was absolutely incredible making sure every detail was sorted. The venue itself is beyond compare, every single guest felt like they had walked into a fairytale, and told us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to. We knew that this was the venue for us even before we saw it, and then every time we went to visit, we fell in love. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our day perfect!

   I have shot many weddings here and its by far one of my favourite venues! The staff are wonderful, insightful and helpful in both the run up to the wedding and on the day itself. So many fantastic spaces inside and out for different parts of the day from Queens Street Gardens for photos, confetti on the steps outside, Cullen Suite for fizz and canapes and the New Library for the ceremony and wedding breakfast, the venue is simply stunning and I highly recommend it to any couple looking for either a small, romantic and intimate wedding all the way to a full day celebration and I can't wait to return!

   I can't say enough good things about the Royal College of Physicians. We had our wedding reception there, and all of our guests were blown away by how beautiful all of the rooms were. We worked with Tanni leading up to the event, and she did an amazing job answering all of our questions and coordinating with our other vendors. The rest of the staff was also extremely professional and helpful. The event itself went smoothly, and they handled last minute curveballs without a problem. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to hold an event in Edinburgh.
