She was fantastic throughout the entire process, super-organised, and quick to sort everything at her end, making everything run more smoothly. Dealing with her during the remortgage was like finding a calm oasis in the empty desert of trying to deal with the bank!    Dealt with Julie in Burntisland a couple times, she will tell you as it is and gets the job done, second time round was a bit more challenging but we got there, again straight to the point, do whats needed ( obey the list given) and she will get it done.    Julie assisted us in buying a listed building in a conservation area which initially consisted of three separate deeds. It was far from a simple transaction but Julie was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Not only was she professional and thorough, she was also incredibly personable.    The conveyancing process is never linear with may ups and downs and back and forths so its good to know you have a team with experience and nous behind you handling the stuff that you'd rather not . Julie and Kaitlin were always friendly yet professional , quick to respond and inform, and I have no hesitation in recommending their judgement and the quality of their service .

   My partner and I used W&AS Bruce to buy our first house together and to sell his flat. Julie took care of everything, keeping us updated and always looking out for our best interests. This was my first experience buying a house and I found it much less stressful than I was told it would be, I believe largely due to having a solicitor who I could trust. My partner has had previous experience buying a property and found W&AS Bruce to be much more competent and professional than his previous solicitors. We would be happy to use them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

   Julie and her assistant done a fabulous job completing all the conveyancing activity required for my recent property purchase. There were some challenges but those weren't on our side and more to do with the vendor not being in a position to proceed despite setting an aggressive completion timescale. Julie and her assistant kept me informed throughout, wasn't afraid to answer questions to further my understanding and turned around communications quickly. I'd recommend her and will definitely be back for the next purchase.
