Appalling establishment. Will convince you they are representing you while actually making no attempt to progress matters for you and will then tell the legal aid board they're still giving you advice and assistance when they are not leaving people in situations where they may need to pay extortionate legal fees to other services because they won't update the records accordingly, even after over 17 days have passed since stating they would close the file and accept you're no longer looking to them for advice because actually they don't interest themselves. Andrew Grieve sat in numerous panels supposed to be my representative and didn't open his mouth, meaning he was there to collect a fee on paper but left me to represent myself. Appalling organisation. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you can afford to pay the fees cash they're not interested in properly supporting you. A company more focused on £ signs than actual giving the support advertised. Utterly disappointed by my experience.
