Please think twice when thinking about using this company as now that they have been taken over they do not get back to you despite emailing them and calling there office only to be told they will call you back and when complaining about the lack of interest and service even the managing director doesn't phone back . I have used them as our company solicitors for eight years but we will not be using them in the future neither will the companies we recommend them to

Audrey was lovely and very encouraging and helpful with her advice about having a home ready for viewing and sale.(Very important as there were things we would never have thought of). Lovely office with friendly professional staff
I had a simple but urgent conveyancing requirement so engaged GSB. Several months later I still didn't even have a quote and had to take my business elsewhere. Correspondence went unanswered, promises weren't kept, delays weren't explained, there was clearly a lack of communication within their own office and no apology was offered at the end of it! A very frustrating experience.
