   We used TD Law for our sale and purchase over the summer of 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward.    They are very slow to contact me back. I have been seeing them since 07.2022 and now 10.2025 my case is still not finished but they are charging me the full amount..but my case has not progressed and it has been more than 6 months with no contact and no response to my email.

   I managed to get an appointment with one of the Solicitors about my case and when finally they called me it was a lady,not very pleasant and I didn't managed to speak nothing about my case, she was just talking about their fees and I asked her "If I can explain my case" ,and when I was going to speak about my case she just said "I'm not a Solicitor for you and I am going to terminate the phone call" VERY VERY RUDE!!. Definitely I will not be wasting my time trying to phone this"Business " if you can call it like that.. Not very impressed with the Service I received over the 3 minutes the call lasted. PLEASE LEARN TO LISTEN CUSTOMERS ISSUES BEFORE YOU DECIDE IF YOU CAN TAKE A CASE OR NOT!!! If I will ask them now what is my case about...they wouldn't know!!

   Very slow at getting back to you, had to chase things up constantly and not much information or updates given. Taken 3 months to hear back about a claim due to Veronica not answering emails. Thomas Docherty was decent however hence why 2 stars.

   Tom is an excellent lawyer. Throughout the purchase of the property Tom gave really good legal advice and we navigated the whole process with ease. Veronica in the team was also excellent. Both kept us right at every stage. Very quick to respond to questions and the whole conveyancing process was hassle free. I highly recommend this company.

   What an absolute joke! I contacted this company today to make an initial appointment with a Mr. Andrew Reid. I was told by the secretary that he'd call me back in the afternoon. Mr. Reid called me at 19.50pm in the evening and then again at 20.14pm. I returned the call at 20.22pm and in the short conversation, he kept interrupting me when i was trying to explain to him why i needed his services. He had the audacity to then say that he had had a long 12 hour day and would contact me the next day. WELL - Lucky for him that he only had to work a 12 hour day, i work a minimal of 16 hours a day and i do not speak to anyone the way that he spoke to me or i'd not have a job. My advice to Mr. Reid, MAN UP and get on with the job in hand. Respect goes along way.

   I worked with Mr. Reid on a case regarding family law. He presented as very knowledgeable, calm, a matter-of-fact (which is what you expect from a solicitor) and yet very flexible with his time. Excellent service, great support and positive outcome. Moreover, the clerical support was timely and amazingly efficient. I would definitely recommend the service.
