   Just had the best shopping experience in the Vans store at Cabot Circus, Bristol. They had a full selection in my size (11), although the store was nicely busy the service I received was polite, informed and incredibly helpful. When trying on the Vans I found out that waiting is not something that happens when Caitlin is helping you, Caitlin was so quick to locate the shoes, offer opinion and till up for me. I went in for one pair of Vans and left with three pairs 10 minutes later. I think Caitlin has a future in consultancy.

   I've been wearing Vans shoes for 30 years. I bought a new pair with gum soles from Birmingham about 6 weeks ago and after wearing them for a couple of times I noticed that they were developing a discolouration fault in the sole. As it was an issue I'd not seen before, I took them into the Cabot Circus store today for an opinion.The service I received from Rob was impeccable. Not only did he address the issue with the utmost professionalism, he also made me feel valued as a loyal customer of the brand for so many years. So much so, that I even bought another pair as I couldn't make my mind up on the replacements.

   I adore all my slip on vans I own and the staff here make shopping so much fun. We had a nice chat and a laugh and the staff were more than happy to answer any questions I had, definitely worth going into the shop rather than buying online if you can!

   I had an issue with one shoe feeling like it was pressing into the ball of my foot. It was not really perceptible visually or by feeling by hand, however, Charlie graciously gave me a credit to purchase a replacement pair from the online store as the shop had dropped the line moving into spring season. Customer service that will keep me buying Vans. Replacements in the post! Top job, thank you Charlie

   I would like to congratulate the person who'd employed Foster at this store. This guy is a gem, he was so kind, so smiley and had no problem whatsoever with our many requests. He is an example of excellent customer care. We will definitely be coming back to that particular shop. Also please give him a raise or a promotion or something, he deserves it!
