The staff were very helpful, with the lawyer herself having to make a second round of changes to my Will and other staff putting paperwork by for me to collect. I use a 4 wheeled walker, and there was always a member of staff happy to open the second side of the door to allow me access.

Very disappointing company, i pulled out of selling my house as i decided it wasn't the right time. i paid the exit fees and then a couple of weeks later when i ask them to put an offer in for a house i wanted they told me to try another solicitor as if they weren't interested in my business. absolutely disgusting response.
