   If i could give zero stars i would. I noticed that their recent reviews are poor. Which may be a sign. I’ve never even taken the time to post a review but my experience with this law firm was so poor i wanted to warn people out there especially with respect to family law, to stay away. First they won’t even talk to you without depositing 500 pounds which is not normal, even though they say it is. Lesley who i worked with after depositing the 500 GBP talked over me in a one hour phone call wherein i was asking for a letter explaining a hypothetical situation. She would not listen for even 30 seconds. Secondly after i comment on Lesley’s letter (she didn’t listen so needless to say she didn’t understand what i was asking for) she literally did not respond to me at all for over 3 weeks. Thirdly after i followed up on my 3 week old email i got a response from somebody i had never heard of called Heather who told me they could help me if I deposited another 500 GBP. I suggested this must be some kind of joke. Finally The next day Lesley sent me an extremely condescending email (first time in over 3 weeks) telling me that after all of this she could not help me because i was rude to Heather?? She also stated that she was kindly reducing her 1270 GBP fee. So for not even an hour phone call, a 2 paragraph letter, that wasn’t even what i needed and no response for 3 weeks, and a further request for 500 GBP, i was told my bill was 1270 GBP. I informed her that i had found another law firm to do this work and that i own a business and would never treat a client like i had been treated. I encourage anybody searching for family law to stay away from these people. My new attorney is very responsive and certainly more compassionate, listens well, actually does what i need them to and on top of that much, much cheaper.

   Previously had a very good experience however this time it couldn't have gone worse. Having used Audrey Blair for 3 purchases and 3 sales seamlessly I was keen to use her again. She has proved Impossible to get hold of, 4 emails and 2 voice messages spanning a 3 week period and not a single reply. My wife even emailed directly to BTO with no reply being sent. Completely unprofessional.

   It has been particularly annoying to have to repeatedly press for updates, which adds unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Consistent and clear communication is essential, especially in matters as important as estate management, and this was not my experience.
