I called to speak with a litigation solicitor (I won’t name names but a quick look on their website will show you who the litigation solicitor is) about a legal issue I was having. This solicitor was rude, obnoxious and told me I didn’t have a leg to stand on and quoted some legal jargon. I contacted a different solicitor at a different company, this solicitor informed me that the previous solicitor had misled me and the legal jargon he quoted was abolished in 2009! My new solicitor dealt by my issue within a couple of days and resolved my issue without a hiccup. Avoid these outdated solicitors using outdated legislation.
